Re: Grand Cove Estates Development Fee Assessment
Dear Mr. Anderson:
On April 26th, 1994, a letter was sent to you concerning the development fees associated with
Grand Cove Estates. The park fee was erroneously shown on the fee schedule. As per the new
park fee requirements, 100% of the park fee is required at the time of final plat approval. Our
records indicate that you have paid $14,135, which is 50% of the park fee assessed. Therefore,
the additional $14,135 park fee should be paid prior to the start of work on Grand Cove Estates.
I apologize for any misunderstanding associated with this park fee as submitted to you on April
26th, 1994. Again, please remit a check in the amount of $14,135 to the City of Coppell and
forward it to Alan Johnson, Finance Director, prior to the start of work on this project.
