Dear Ken:
Based on our previous conversation I am requesting that we be
allowed to place the sanitary sewer main in the center of the
street. This would minimize the number of trees that would be
damaged or destroyed due to trench excavation which would cause
root damage to the trees.
If this is acceptable we would like to make this change on our
plans as soon as possible.
