1. White Glove Express Addition, Preliminary Plat. located along the east side of
Denton Tap Road, 500 feet south of Braewood Lane, at the request of Mr. Lelmy
Poulsen.
1. The existing 15 foot utility easement on the south side of the property should a
minimum 20 foot in width.
2. The 10 foot utility easement on the east side of the property should be eliminated.
3. The 5 foot utility easement on the north side of the property should be labeled as to
its usage.
4. A drainage easement should be provided for the proposed storm drainage system.
Also, the offsite drainage area should be revaluated.

4. The floodplain should be tied down by metes and bounds description. Also, note
that the minimum easement between lots 4 and 5 should be 20 feet.
5. The standard maintenance note should be shown on the face of the plat.
