Bethel School Road is an improved, two-lane street, and is not on the Thoroughfare Plan Item 9 SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING= North - residential and vacant; SF-9 and C South - vacant; C East - vacant; C West - developing single-family; SF-12 COMPREHF~NSIVE PLAN: The Plan shows low-density residential as most appropriate here. ANALYSIS: Because the plan shows this as low density residential, and the fact that the adjncent tract is a developing SF-12 parcel, staff feels the proposal is appropria~ for the aren. Of minor concern is the lack of alleys on lot~ thnt n_re not ndjneent to open space (5 lots), but that isa platting conoem which will be addressed during our platting discussion.
