HISTORY: There has been no recent zoning history on the parcel
TRANSPORTATION: Denton Tap Road is an improved six-lane divided thoroughfare
(P6D), contained within a 110 foot r.o.w. Bethel School Road is
an improved, two-lane street, and is not on the Thoroughfare Plan

ANALYSIS: Because the plan shows this as low density residential, and the fact that the
adjncent tract is a developing SF-12 parcel, staff feels the proposal is appropria~
for the aren. Of minor concern is the lack of alleys on lot~ thnt n_re not ndjneent
to open space (5 lots), but that isa platting conoem which will be addressed
during our platting discussion.
