HISTORY: The restaurant has been operated for several years serving as a pizza
establishment.
TRANSPORTATION:
Salerno's Restaurant has frontage on Sandy Lake Road, proposed to be a
(C4D/6) four lane divided road in 110 feet of right-of-way.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
The Comprehensive Plan shows this area to be developed as commercial.
ANALYSIS: This request was submitted in order to expand the existing Salerno Pizza
Restaurant. If the S.U.P. is approved, expansion of the restaurant area
will allow additional seating. A total of 63 seats are planned at this time.
Staff has no objections.
