Salerno Restaurant May 9, 1989 City of Coppell Attn: Taryon Dear Taryon, I need once again to visit with our city council as soon as possible. Items to be addressed are as follows: 1. Masonary requirements - the building doesn't meet 80% 2. Water heater - needs to be placed outside of kitchen on south side of building. It will be encased in brick to the roof to give chimney effect. 3. Parking lot to be on north of building instead of south lot. o, Jr. gas 1088 E. This memo involves one of the requested items, to witt applicant's parking requirement. The original site plan included a parking area south of the restaurant. Applicant wishes to delete this parking area from the site plan and meet his parking requirement by providing a location north of the restaurant on property which, although not included in the Special Use Permit area, is properly zoned for parking. I find no legal problem in the Council making this site plan modification and permitting applicant to meet his parking requirement on property outside the SUP area.
