information for all proposed projects within the CDC Regulntory Zone of the Trinity River Corridor. This
form and the data provided by the CDC Applicant herein are required m supplement Part I of the
Application Form. However, in certain cases the City/County may release the CDC Applicant from
completing all or portions of this form if the proposed project satisfies specific provisions. The CDC
Applicant is encouraged to schedule a pre-npplJca~on meeting with the City/County ff there are any
questions regarding the requirements of the CIty/County. This application is considered public
information and will be distributed to affected Federal, State, and local governmemal agencies. Please be
