Gentlemen:
We are handing you two (2) fully executed copies of your contract with the City of Coppell, Texas, dated
May 23, 1995, for construction of the Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2 Project.
You are hereby requested to proceed with construction of this project. You are allotted three hundred (300)
calendar days to complete all items of work. Time shall begin on the tenth (10th) day after the issuance of
this work order The 10th day after this work order date is Sunday, July 23, 1995. Therefore, rather than
beginning contract time for this project over the weekend, contract time shall commence on Monday, July
24, 1995, and terminate on Saturday, May 18, 1996.
