review, we received the required initial fee of $225.
Review and processing costs associated with this request total $1,200. Because your request will result in a revision
to two FIRM panels, an additional $820 must be submitted. Please forward payment representing the additional

We will not issue our determination until we receive this payment. The initial fee of $225 will only be applied to
this request if we receive the required fees within 90 days of the date of this letter. After 90 days, we will treat
the request as an original submittal, and we will require the total review and processing fees of $2,020 before we
will issue the requested LOMR.
