RE: Grapevine Creek Drop Structure / Floodplain Revisions
Dear Mr. Adorisio:
This letter is written to acknowledge that the City of Coppell is aware that due to activity taking
place in the City of Irving that the firm of Michael Baker Jr. Inc. has reevaluated the floodplain
and floodplain elevations not only in Irving but also in the City of Coppell at Grapevine Creek
and I.H. 635. Based on that evaluation, it appears as though the floodplain elevation as shown
on the official City of Coppell Floodplain Map//480170 0010 E, as revised April 15, 1994, is
in error. When the Irving study has been approved, the City of Coppell will receive an official
map revision changing the elevations along this section of Grapevine Creek.
Included with this letter is a copy of the most currem City of Coppell City Limit Map. If you
