request for a revision to the Flood Insurance Rate Map and/or Flood Boundary
and Floodway Map for the referenced community. Our review of the data
submitted indicates that we do not have the minimum data we need to continue
our evaluation of your request. The required data are described on the
enclosed checklist and must be submitted to our Technical Evaluation

Additional Data Required to Support a Request
for a Flood Insurance Study (FIS)/
Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Revision

The data listed below must be provided before we can process your request for
an FIS/FI~M revision.
The work map you submitted entitled "Figure 5 - Floodplain and Floodway -
Grapevine Creek," prepared by Albert H. Halff Associates, Inc., dated
October 1991, shows a discrepancy of the corporate limit at Interstate
Highway 635 (I-635). The work map shows the Dallas County-City of Coppell
corporate limits to be at the downstream end of 1-635, while the FILM
shows the corporate limits to be approximately 400 feet downstream of it.
Please check this discrepancy and provide us with the correct information.
