Alan, I have little to add to Larry's comments. I agree with him that we
have no way to hold Woodbine's feet to the fire to insure they pay their
proportionate share of Catellus costs. It seems to me that Weldon needed
to work that out prior to construction of the drop structure - as he
apparently did with Prentiss.
