This letter is to confirm my conversation with Mr. Gary Sieb on Thursday, August 23,
1991, concerning the rock rip rap to be provided for the above referenced project. It is our
understanding that the dry rip rap is approved as design and that grouting of the rock rip
rap shall not be required. Installation of the rock rip rap should begin this week on the
downstream portion of the structure.
