The City has no utilities in this easement. The franchise utility companies have stated that they have no utilities in the water utility easement and no plans to utilize the easement in the future. ReMAX DFW Associates has provided a statement of value of the water utility easement, which is included with this agenda item. This is primarily due to the fact that this easement runs along the perime- ter of the property that backs up to the railroad tracks, therefore it has no valued usage. The easement is not in use by any utility company at this time as they have found alternate routes for this subdivision.
