Creekview Easement Adjustment for a Drainage Easement
As we have discussed, the attached is the necessary information to
adjust or downsize the existing easement.
As you indicated, you will provide the necessary ordinances needed
for the City Council to act on this matter. Please return your
portion of the agenda packet by Monday, November 27, 1989, so that
we can prepare our portion of the packet in preparation for the
December 12, 1989, City Council meeting. Thank you.
