Dear Mr. Doyle:
Enclosed is a copy of the requested drainage easement amendment for the Creek View project which is
located in the City of Coppell. The enclosed copy provides the beadngs and distances for the proposed
easement, which is located on both the north and south sides of Bethel Road between Glendale and
Penuel Drives. The proposed easements were revised to provide better utilization of the property by
allowing additional buildable area while still providing adequate area for local drainage and necessary
access to the floodplain. The revised easement does not encroach on required area for local drainage
or that needed for Grapevine Creek.
In summary, the revised easement provides protection for nearby houses, meets drainage require-
ments, and allows for more effective lot development. These requested revisions impact lots with
houses currently under construction. We request your approval of this amendment as soon as possible
to facilitate continued development. Please call me with any questions you may have.
