City Engineer Payment for D.A.ILT License Agreement #980506 Date: June 3, 1998 Attached is a check from WILCO Real Estate, L.P. who is developing the Gunner Addition development in Coppell on Beltline Road. This check, in the amount of $300.00, is the first annual payment for the license agreement to construct a 12' sanitary sewer line underneath the DART Railroad right-of-way. On March 10, 1998 City Council approved the license agreement for the purpose constructing, installing, operating, and maintaining a 12" wastewater main crossing near Fairway Drive. Tiffs is a request to have a check mailed to Dallas Area Rapid Transit in the amount of $300.00 for pay for the first annual $300.00 payment.
