Dear Mr. Birkhoff:
Per your fax request dated May 2, 1995, we have reviewed Addendum No.2 dated May 1, 1995.
As we recommended in Item D, Section VI of our original report (No. C-94-0102, dated February
25, 1994), select fill (not any fill) may be placed and properly compacted on top of the existing
grade within the perimeter of the building area. The select fill should not be placed below the
currently existing grade. The amount of fill depends on how much reduction of PVR required.
