We have learned that you are planning the construction of the new facility referenced above. We
wish to express our interest in providing the materials engineering testing and inspection services
that will be required during the construction phase of the above referenced project. Our office
is located in northwest Dallas and numerous staff members reside in Coppell, thus making it

foundation design, site studies and all phases of and types of construction materials inspection,
