This letter is in response to your proposed construction on the
above referenced project. Last October 19, 1990, I requested
you to provide the following:
Detailed Plan
,Soil Stability Analysis
But as of this date, Staff has not received the £~formation.
Staff recommends permit request for construction of the above
referenced be denied. Staff 'recommends denial bf the p£oposed
construction due to encroachment of existing drainage easement.
If your client continued this request on the above referenced,
Staff recommends this item be presented to ~he City Counc£1 fo~
disposition.

Staff recommends permit request for construction of the above
reference to be denied as presented. The reason staff recommends
denial of proposed construction is because of encroachment to the
Drainage Easement.
Staff requested from the applicant to provide the following:
- Detailed Plan
- Soil Stability Analysis
But as of' this date, Staff has not received the information.
Should the applicant continue this request for this type of
improvement, Staff recommends this item be presented to the City
Council for disposition.
