The minimum finish floor elevation for Lot 3, Block 1, of
Creek View North Addition, as recorded June 2, 1989, in Volume
89107, Page 1760, by the Dallas County Map Records is 483.7.~
This minimum finish floor elevation was based on the Creek View
Estates Flood Plain Reclamation Study and the standards set forth
in Flood Plain Management Ordinance, Ordinance No. 87390 of the
City of Coppell.
