RE: DART License Agreement for Gunner Subdivision
Dear Mr. Gonzales:
The City of Coppell has received preliminary approval from Dallas Area Rapid Transit
(DART) for the proposed 12" wastewater crossing underneath the railroad track on the north
side of Belt Line Road. Before final approval by DART, a check for the annual rental fee must
be paid. Therefore, a check should be provided from the developer made out to the City of
Coppell for the first annual rental payment of $300. All subsequent years will be paid by the
City of Coppell. Once the City has received a check for the $300, we will have the License
Agreement signed by the City Manager and forwarded to DART for final approval.
Also, the three copies of DART's Standard Construction Agreement and Contractor's Right-to-
Entry, which were provided to you a few months ago, must be completed, signed and returned
with proof of insurance to satisfy the requirements. DART will not allow any work within
their right-of-way until these documents have been properly executed and insurance has been
approved by DART's Risk Management.
