As a representative ofTMl. Elisha Jennings obtained a sample of the 150 yard truck. Slump test h~dicated that thc slump
was in excess of the project requirements. The Contractor's representative decided to combine truck .--.723 ~ wet load~
with the next drier load. A sample was obtained from me next available truck. Contractor was hfformed.
