Dear Mark:
I appreciate your concerns expressed in your letter dated September 24. As you know I have
talked to Ike Shupe re~,arding this situation. I am confident our City Attorney Pe~ Smith will
complete the documents neoessary for Council actioa to be taken o~ ~ 14 with regard
to the PD ordinance cost sharing agreement for the traffic light, and the impact fee waiver
documents.
We are also, Mark, anxious to move forward on this project to bring it to a successful
conclusion. I will continue to monitor the City's p~s and responsibilities in order to
ensure their completion.
