Re: Gunner Subdivision
Dear Mr. Martin:
On the Preliminary Plat the 100 year flood line is shown based upon existing topographic
information, and extends slightly into the site along the east property line. The original flood study
and fill permit prepared for this property had intended for the flood line to follow the east and south
property lines. When the property was filled the fill material was never extended to the property
line.
Our phase two construction will extend the fill to the property line, following the original study and
the final plat will reflect the flood line along and following the property line. If necessary we will
submit a copy of the original study and fill permit to your office, although the city should already
have a copy on file. According to the FEMA Maps this property does not lie within the 100 year
flood plain.
Another concem is the existing inlet in Belt Line Road and conflicting with our driveway along the
east property line. I have enclosed a sketch showing the driveway without disturbing the inlet.
Please call should you have any questions regarding these or any other comments for this plat.
Sincerely,
Carson-$alcedo-Mc Williams, Inc.
