and storm sewer p~pe lines.
(d) This Easemen~ shall automatically terminate
upon the dedication of the Easement Area ~O the
City of Coppell and acceptance by the City'of
Copp~l[ for use as a public street.
(e) Th£s Easement is made and acce~ted subject to
all validly existing matters recorded in the
official records of 0alias County, Texas.
(f) Grantee agrees to indemnify and hold GrantOr
harmless from any and 811 liens, liabllitlgs,
losses, expenses, damages (including reasonable
attorney's fees) and clalms for ~nJury or ~amaqe
