Ron directed two questions to me regarding how the site runoff is
handled for the referenced property. Here's what I know:
1. Lou Lebowitz' contract with the purchaser of the 48-acre tract
requires they allow the runoff from the 10 acre MF tract to drain due
eastward across the 48-acre tract. There is language in their deed
which describes a discharge point (SE corner of 10 acres) and a drainage
corridor for the future pipe (approximately 200' wide from discharge
point perpendicular to eastern edge of 48-acre site).
2. The drainage ditch south of the 48-acre site is offsite, NOT on the
48-acre site.
