Attached is a report that contains the necessary submittal information for the City of Coppell, Fedoral
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Corridor Development Certificate (CDC) approvals.
We have not provided two separate copies of the CDC forms since nothing has changed in them since our
last submittal,
The purpose of this report is to obtain approvals from the City for floodplain fill, from FEMA for a
Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR), and for CDC approvals.
