Gentlemen:
Last Friday, January 12, 1996, your project forman, Mr. Jim Fisher, stated that is was Natgun's intent to begin
lifting the dome panels onto the supporting scaffolding on or about the 23rd of this month. To date, we have
yet to receive a plan for your scaffolding. As a reminder, the plan is to be prepared by a registered
professional engineer licensed in the state of Texas.
Further, prior to proceeding with this phase of the project, we will require an inspection report from the
engineer responsible for the scaffold design stating the scaffolding has been constructed in accordance with the
plan and that it is safe for it's intended use. Please submit the requested information at your earliest
convenience so that delays in the construction of the dome panels may be avoided.
