City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75225 Subject: Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) Program - Project 10 ROW Calendar & Letting Dates Dear Mr. Griffin: We have developed a "ROW Calendar" & "Letting Schedule Planning Activity" for use by Dallas County, TxDOT and the partnering cities for the CMAQ Program. Copies of these items are attached for your review and use. The "Letting Schedule Planning Activity" is sorted by priority (yellow copy) and sorted by project (pink copy). The Dallas County Public Works (including Don Cranford and Don Holzwarth) and Right of Way offices have reviewed these projects and are in agreement with the action plan. Projected TxDOT letting dates are included when known and assumed for the remaining projects. We have provided these items and requested that TxDOT review these priorities, let us know any changes that are needed and adopt an action plan to accomplish the desired construction schedule, as may be modified. This office and the Dallas County Public Works Department appreciates the change in the reviewing process at TxDOT and the agreement to let projects P05, P06A, P07, P10, P25, P26 go to the mylar and final PS&E stage. A great amount of work has been accomplished since the June 11, 2001 Project Status Report meeting at TxDOT. We plan to update these documents on a quarterly basis and we expect to be able to improve on dates for acquisition as more information and "Federal Letters of Authorities" (ROW Contracts) are obtained.
