Dear Mr. Elium:
The street paving, storm sewers, water mains and sanitary sewer mains on the above
referenced project have been constructed to the elevations and grades as indicated
on the plans. To the best of my knowledge, all construction has ,been performed in
accordance with the specifications of the City of Coppell.
The paving contractor still has some clean up work. This will be done at the
earliest opportunity.
