We are in receipt of your letter of Jallllary 9, 1996 concerning the PVC waterstop
installed in the tank floor. Please note that each joint is tested during installation to
ensure its integrity. Also, the area outside the waterstop must be dry in order to properly
secure the sponge filler pad. We are confident that this proven design will perform as
intended over the life of the tank.
