RE: The Hollows at Northlake Woodlands
Dear Steve:
In response to several complaints, an inspection of the paving and drainage facilities as
performed in the captioned addition. The following items of concern were observed at that
time.
1. There is water ponding on the north side of Crestview between Mockingbird and Sora
and on the north side of Crestview at the alley west of Hollow Circle.
2. There is water ponding in the alley north of Crestview, east of Hollow Circle.
3. There is water ponding at the northwest corner of Hidden Hollow and Crestview.
4. There is water ponding in the alley behind 964 Hidden Hollow Court.
5. There is water ponding at the inlet in Hidden Hollow Court.
6. Water is also ponding around the drop inlet in the TXU easement.
7. The erosion protection has broken down at several locations and additional protection is
needed. Because of this problem, the streets and alleys must be cleaned and the inlet
protection renewed.
8. The water meter at the northwest corner of Crestview and Sora is leaking.
