Dear Steve,
The City of Coppell has recently completed a follow-up inspection of the improvements in the
referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
1. Repair alley west of Lot 33.
2. Repair alley south of Lot 45.
3. Remove silt fencing along the north perimeter.
4. Remove forms and backfill sidewalk along Mockingbird.
5. Repair damage to concrete caused by franchised utility contractors.
6. Manhole at Sta. 3+69 Line 'B' needs adjusting. You may wait until the lot develops to
address this item.
Please notify this office prior to making these repairs so we may have inspector present. If you
