1. Parking lot and driveway must be 6" reinforced concrete paving. Construction plans will
need to be provided. What is the proposed surface of the new parking lot concrete or
asphalt?
2. Provide a vicinity map showing location.
3. Show existing utilities.
4. Show right-of-way of Coppell Road.
5. Will the property be platted?
6. Check with Fire Marshal to see if the 20 foot access is adequate or should 24 feet be
provided.
