Dear Mr. Clancy:
I reviewed the location for the new thin wall brick screenwalls as noted on the subdivision plat.
The same design may be used on this new portion of the subdivision as was used on the original
Huntington Ridge Subdivision and as noted on the plans and details of drawings S1 through S4
by Falkofske Engineering, Inc. dated April 30, 1993.
A review of the geotechnical engineer's report indicates that the requirements for pier bearing
will remain the same at the new location.
