Dear Mr. Collins:
The following is in response to your letter dated February 5, 1999, to aid in your review.
1. The issue is being addressed by the owner and T.U. Electric.
2. The alleys have been labeled on the plat.
3. A note to extend the sidewalk has been added to the plans.
4. The typical pavement section has been revised.
5. The plans for the subdivision have been forwarded to the adjacent property
owner's engineer.
6. The sidewalks have been revised to meet APA Standards. We believe the current
design for Sore Drive is the BMP for the existing conditions.
7. The alley inlet has been revised.
8. The paving section has been revised.
9. Bollards have been added to the plans.
10. Grout has been added.
11. All low-point inlets have 21" laterals.
12. The storm sewer system has been revised.
13. This information has been forwarded to the owner.
