Dear Mr. Collins:
Accompanying are responses to your January 4. 1999, letter to aid in your review. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. An access easement has been added to the plans.
2. Most of the details have been removed from the plans. The typical paving section
has been left on the plans.
3. The vertical alignment of Sora Drive has been designed to the best of our ability
given the physical constraints.
4. The low point of Crestview Drive has been revised.
5. So noted.
6. The plans have been revised to reflect a Tc of 10 minutes.
7. Additional grading and inlets have been provided for this area.
8. The drainage has been revised to better reflect the natural drainage pattern.
9. The inlet located in front of Lot 33, Block A has physical restraints (storm sewer
line F and temporary access easement) which impede the movement of the inlet
Lot 33 also has alley access
10. Minimum laterals at low points have been revised to 2 I" RCP.
11. Flow lines and grades have been added to the grade to drain ditches.
12. A T.P.&L letter of agreement is accompanying.
13. The H.O.A. for Riverchase is responsible for maintaining the proposed drainage
ditches.
14. Concrete collars have been added to the plan.
15. The drop inlet has been revised.
16. No irrigation meter is planned at this time.

17. An additional manhole was added to Line B.
18. Top of curb elevations has been added to the Lot Grading Plan.
19. The Sanitary Sewer plan has been revised.
20. The drainage system has been revised.
21. The City Fire Marshall has been contacted. Any revisions to the water and sewer
plan will be forwarded to your office.
