located at the northeast corner of Beltline Road and Mockingbird Lane, at the
request of Tipton Engineering, Inc.

1. If this development is not going to use the street stub out of Sora Drive then a cul-de-sac needs to
be constructed at the end of Sora Drive so it conforms to the City Standards.
