Follow up Walk Through - Huntington Ridge
August 6, 1993
The following is a list of discrepancies found at the above
referenced subdivision during the follow up walk through this
morning.
1. Excessive dirt on all roads and alleys throughout the
project, especially at the Kingridge approach.
2. Alley - Corner of panel broken @ construction joints @
Diamond Ridge.
3. No inlet lid on alley north Black Oak.
4. Concrete chips in curb - Clover Meadow, north side near
Diamond
5. Surface north end of Black Oak is flaking - Unacceptable
6. Mud ball holes on north end of Black Oak
7. Random crack south side of Ridgewood approach to Denton
Tap.
8. Reseal gutter joint 6 panels west of inlet north end of
Black Oak.
9. Concrete chip in curb joint just west of inlet north end
of Black Oak.
Please make sure the contractor receives a copy of this list in
