This memo is written as a thank you to both of you in the speedy response to the request for
information from the City Council, via Frank Trando, Acting City Manager, on April 1st, 1993.
The information concerned the amount of the hill that had been removed from the Huntington
Ridge Subdivision at the southwest comer of Parkway Blvd. and Denton Tap Blvd. The general
information needed provided by Frank Trando was verification that the hill was being excavated
in the manner stated at the City Council meeting. I did not particularly lay out the exact format
of what I needed but only the scope of the information I needed. I was pleased that you were
able to take the general scope and provide a finished product of which Frank Trando was very
appreciative of. A copy of this memo will be processed to the Personnel Department to be
included in your permanent file. Again, thanks for a job well done.
