A walk thru was conducted on November 2, 1995 on the above
referenced pro, eot. The following items were found to be
deficient.
1. Fire vault needs to be inspected after the water i~ turned
on.
Main line water valve is missing near manhole construction-
Check southwes~ hydrant after pour.
Flush manhole on property is s~anding ~" in water invert.
