Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
Show Hydraulic Grade Lines (HGL) on sheet 2 of storm sewer plans (Plate 11).
Provide concrete encasement for utilities which cross within 24" minimum
clearance (Refer to Plate 12).

Obtain letter of permission from School District allowing work to be done on
school property and provide a copy to the City.
There are various other minoc comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
