The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comment to offer:
Developer shall provide a 4' sidewalk inside the right-of-way adjacent to the Common
Area along Kingsridge Drive (Refer to Sheet W3).
Once the comment has been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City
