Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Show proposed wheelchair ramps where applicable and note who is responsible
for the installation.
2. The City prefers a 30' radius at the intersection of Denton Tap and Ridgewood
Drive.

Label the plan view of Alley B-1 (refer to Plate 7).
In regard to the Storm Sewer Plans and the Sanitary Sewer Plans, all water,
sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utilities crossing within the 24" minimum
clearance shall be encased in concrete.
Make note correction on Water and Sewer Plans.
Show the 20' width for the pedestrian easement on the Grading Plans.
Provide a note showing the hay bales used for erosion control need to be set on
property line.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
