Dear Mike:
The Civil Engineer, Daniel Lim with Brockette Davis Drake, has reviewed the
Gulf Bearing turn down curb/paver plans which I discussed with you last
week. He has. concerns regarding water flow along the curb opening on the
Cull Bearing s~te, as well as, along Royal Lane. I have attached a letter from
him which states potential erosion problems.
I am asking that you please reconsider your requirements for turn down curb
openings at the two Royal Lane site entrances at this time. 1 have attached
copies of the Royal Lane Site Entrances, as well as, partial Drainage/Grading
plans for your convenience.
Our General Contractor is forming the Royal Lane curbs with the intent to
pour the Northeast Site Entrance Thursday morning, June 22, 1995. Please
call me to discuss as soon as possible.
