Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and find that they meet our
current minimum requirements. Please provide 3 sets of plans for the City's use plus any
additional sets that you may need. Prior to the start of construction, all development fees should
be paid, a Notice of Intent (NOI) should be filed with the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA), and a preconstruction meeting should be scheduled. If you have any questions, please
