Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Lim:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
Brick paver band, 8 feet wide, shall be provided as per the City's Streetscape Plan.
Howard Pafford, Utilities Superintendent, has a question on the water and sewer plan
regarding the size of tapping sleeve proposed. If you have any comments or questions
contact Howard at 304-3545.
3. On the erosion control plan, provide storm drainage pipe under stabilized construction
entrance on Bethel Road.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
