Mike,
We sincerely appreciate you seeing us on such'short notice and rev!ewJng our plans with us.
It is our understanding that we have conditional approval for our site work engineering plans,
the inspection fees have been paid and a city inspector has been assigned to our project.
The contractor, Parkway Construction Company, will be calling the city inspector to set up
our pre-construction conference. And we will be bringing you revised site work construction
sets of our plans for your approval stamp.
We also understand that work cannot proceed on the detector check vaults at Denton Tap
and SH 121, and the sanitary sewer main extension until we bring you copies of the
executed water and sewer easements. We also understand that work within the ROW of
121 cannot proceed until TxDOT has approved our plans. We will be forwarding four sets of
these plans tb you for submittal to TxDOT.
