Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Lim:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide a copy of current final plat.
2. Address comment made by Rick Wieland on Sheet C-4. Provide any necessary note on
plans to address this comment.
3. Show inlet locations and drainage system on drainage area map.
4. How will storm drainage "Line B" be connected to existing system in Royal Lane.
Provide necessary notes and/or detail.
5. Address the comments made by Howard Pafford regarding the meter sizes and the type
of valve (see Sheet C-8).
6. Denote the use of stabilized construction entrances on erosion control plan.
7. There is an unclear note on water/sanitary sewer plan sheet regarding sewerline
connection in median. Also, sanitary sewer line to be concrete encased if it crosses the
existing water line within 24 inches.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
